BUS PROJECT UPDATE
We
thank God for bringing us this far concerning the Bus project
at hand. A nine member committee was raised in the church on
the 7th of March, 2004 to take over from the pervious one. They
were given the challenge to raise a fund of N1. 5 million.
Our target is to get a 35-seater
luxury bus. So far, by God's grace, we
have more than N500,000 and we are trusting God to
see us through as we also believe we have your backing.

| This means NIFES LAUTECH
Alumni Association. Here, you can get information related to outgone members
of the fellowship.
|
The university was officially opened to students on October 29, 1990. The Lord did start his fellowship(NIFES) amidst the students on October 30, 1990 using Mr. Samuel Oyedele.
First set of executives were elected on December 5, 1990.
NIFES
LAUTECH is no doubt blessed by God. The fellowship started
partial operation on October 30, 1990 with 4 members and
full operation on December 5, 1990 with about 24 members.
Though many of these members went back to their denominational
fellowships on inauguration, we kept moving as a body
not withstanding and God kept helping us.
The first semester
wasn't easy to be sincere for we became about 40 members.
God proved the unprovable by second semester by making
these Sub-groups active(Bible, Prayer, Choral, and Drama).
We began to met twice in a week i.e. once in the town
and on campus.
Our prayer for the nation was converted to a night vigil
and this vigil has now been turned to General Campus Programme
with signs and wonders following God's word...............................

We thanked God that we're counted worthy to take persecution
as one of our fellowship meetings was stopped abruptly one
day by the school's deputy registrar but we continued even
that day.As at the end of second semester, we became 100 members.
Today, we are the largest association in the school with over
400 members. Great is our God.
